Graduation day!Today is the day 2008 graduation classes are graduating!That means we don't have to come to school anymore! (since our attendance is already keyed in)
PreparationI went to meet Sam, Cheryl and their mom at macs for breakfast before doing our hair. At the hairdressers, they washed and then style our hair. The woman who washed my hair practically had her nails digging into my scalp. While styling my hair, she used an abundance of hairspray and pins. Halfway while doing our hair, Rachel, Wan jing and Sureen came in! Rachel was doing her hair with us while sureen and jing was doing it at the other saloon beside ours. When rachel was doing her curls, her hair looked really nice, like a doll! After the stylist was done with my hair, sam and me abandoned Rachel(sorry rach.. we had to fix our make up)and took the bus back. People were staring but hmph who cares. I have high self esteem so your goggling won't affect me it just boosts my confidence(LOL). At sam's house, i did my make up as sam had clare doing for her and we left!
At SchoolSam and me reached school at 12.55 and found no one there as we were suppose to assemble at 1.30. It felt weird for a while but people were starting to come in. So yes, we assembled and marked our attendance. Next we went to take our overalls. After taking our overalls, we were made to wear them and the assemble in the festival court which by the way was an open space. It was about 2.45 and it was scorching. So from 2.45 till 3.30 we were made to stand in there to wait. Obviously, complaints were being shouted out and almost everyone was in a fowl mood. (scorching day = sweating + melting of make up) Therefore, hot people are angry people. After waiting, we made our way to the hall and sat down. Fast fowarding the speeches blahblahblah. After the ceremony, my dad became annoying, he said and i quote because i came here with Samantha, i have to leave with her. Didn't make any sense, and that ruin my mood. Like excuse me, you left stright after the ceremony and if i have to come by her transportation mod and leave by it what was the point in you coming? Thanks to you i had to trouble the innocent people. Anyway, the ceremony ended and next was the class picture taking, hopefully the pictures will come out amazing. After that food and drinks were served but we spent most of the time looking for people and posing for the camera. Rachel, Jess and michelle left so abruptly so i don't have any photos taken with them! (Jess told me on msn that her dad stole a cab from an indian family. はは)And after our photo taking sesion, i went back to samimi's house and took more pictures.
